About Us
Lindsay Cook is a certified Pilates instructor in Mill Valley, California. During her 12 years as a hematology/oncology/stem cell transplant nurse at Stanford Children’s Hospital she sought to find balance from a high stress career through fitness, primarily reformer Pilates. After years of ballet and dance growing up reformer Pilates seemed like a natural fit. Before her husband’s retirement, Lindsay spent years traveling to various cities around the country for her husband’s career as a professional baseball player. During their travels she experienced many types of Pilates studio’s and instructors, giving her the ultimate dream of someday owning her own space.
Fast forward to today where she has launched Panoramic Pilates, a modest space just off of the main house on her family’s property in Mill Valley, located on Panoramic Hwy. Following the birth of her first child she desired a job closer to home where she could still positively impact those around her, only now through movement and more specifically Pilates. She hopes to create a space that allows clients to either start or unwind from their day to day through fitness. Her goal for every client is to leave class feeling stong and balanced through a challenging, yet rewarding reformer Pilates class.
“In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a new body.”
